Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Five years of healthcare/call center experience.
• Clinical knowledge and medical terminology preferred.
• Strong English reading/writing for safety and accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily department operations with management and ensure staff communicate professionally with patients.
• Support onboarding and training of new agents; collaborate with Training team on content updates.
• Model professional customer service, resolve issues, and promote a positive environment.
• Discuss performance metrics and recommend improvements; maintain open communication with physicians, patients and service areas.
