Qualifications

• Healthcare setting knowledge and medical terminology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and register patients for appointments, ensuring financial clearance before services.
• Interact with patients, physicians, and staff to provide accurate scheduling information.
• Auditing/quality review to ensure proper scheduling and registration.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate potential delays or denials.
