Responsibilities

• Act as front door for patient scheduling and registration across multiple services.
• Balance departmental resources and use scheduling/verification systems to obtain required data.
• Triages calls and provides information to prepare patients for appointments.
• Verify patient insurance and eligibility to support financial clearance.
• Communicate with patients and staff to minimize delays and denials.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional customer service in all interactions.
