On-site work Monday through Friday in Orange, with rotating shifts and a focus on team

Formación

• Associate’s degree and no experience; equivalent education/experience may be considered.
• Experience with patient care and healthcare-related clerical tasks is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provides high level customer service in all interactions with internal and external customers.
• Coordinates scheduling, registration, and access to UTMB services for patients.
• Pre-registers patients and verifies third-party coverage at encounters.
• Ensures patient confidentiality and documents interactions properly.
• Assists with billing education and out-of-pocket estimates as needed.
• Participates in team meetings and adheres to department controls.
