The University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in Orange, TX, seeks a Patient Services Specialist I to deliver excellent patient care and administrative support. You will coordinate clerical and clinical activities, handle patient registrations, and facilitate access to UTMB services for new and returning patients.

Responsibilities include high-level customer service, appointment scheduling, billing awareness, and maintaining patient confidentiality in a hospital setting.

Competenze

• Associate’s degree and no experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
