Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with no experience or equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire and maintained thereafter.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive patient experience by coordinating clerical and medical activities of a healthcare team and patient registration.
• Provide high level customer service with patients, physicians, and referral sources.
• Schedule appointments and educate patients on billing and third-party benefits, including cost estimates.
