Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a Patient Service Representative in Naperville, IL. You will be the first point of contact for patients, greeting and checking in, answering phones, scheduling appointments, collecting co-pays, and navigating the EPIC system to maintain accurate records.

This on-site role emphasizes exceptional customer service and teamwork to support provider schedules and referrals, with hours Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office or clinical setting preferred.
• Receptionist/front desk experience strongly preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in EPIC or similar EMR systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out and appointment scheduling.
• Answer multi-line phone system and route inquiries.
• Verify insurance details and collect co-pays; issue receipts.
• Update patient demographics in EPIC; maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up appointments.
