Responsibilities

• Review referrals and clinical documentation to determine eligibility and compliance.
• Coordinate referrals, insurance requirements, and intake processes with patients and providers.
• Communicate financial responsibilities with patients and document interactions accurately.
• Enter referrals within established timeframes while meeting productivity and quality standards.
• Collaborate with sales, verification, and internal support teams to facilitate intake.
