Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relatable work experience in administration, clerical, or customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Familiarity with healthcare payer guidelines and intake processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review patient records and payer guidelines to determine eligibility and qualification status.
• Communicate with patients about financial responsibilities and collect payments when applicable.
• Coordinate with referral sources, physicians, and internal teams to obtain complete documentation.
• Enter referrals within established timeframes while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
• Navigate multiple EMR and online systems to manage documentation.
