Qualifications

• 1 year of relatable work experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office; healthcare systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review referrals, clinical documentation, and payer guidelines to determine eligibility and compliance.
• Communicate with patients about financial responsibility and document interactions.
• Coordinate with referral sources, physicians, and teams to obtain complete documentation.
• Enter referrals within established timeframes while meeting productivity and quality standards.
• Support intake processes and scheduling across departments.
