Qualifications

• One year of relatable work experience required.
• High School Diploma or Associate’s degree in relatable field required.
• Experience in healthcare admin, billing, or call center is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate referrals and review clinical documentation for eligibility and compliance.
• Communicate with patients about financial responsibilities and collect payments when applicable.
• Enter referrals within established timeframes and support intake processes across teams.
• Navigate multiple EMR and online systems to obtain and manage documentation.
• Support scheduling of inventory and services in coordination with leadership.
