This role supports the Patient Engagement Center team in delivering high-touch, personalized care. The position emphasizes strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving to help patients move through the system

Qualifications

• 2 years customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.
• 2 years experience interacting with and engaging customers virtually over the phone.
• 1 year technical support experience.
