Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.
• 2 years experience interacting with customers virtually over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered, coordinated access to the health network, including scheduling appointments and navigating to a physician.
• Serve as an entry point and informational resource for patients into the health system, supporting through the PEC team.
