Qualifications

• Strong computer/data entry skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guide them through the admission process.
• Verify insurance and collect patient demographics and consent forms.
• Process documentation and ensure accurate data entry in EMR/PM systems.
• Support scheduling, billing, and patient flow to maintain a smooth front desk experience.
