Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service or healthcare access experience.
• Experience with scheduling and insurance verification preferred.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience with EMR/PM systems preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities
