Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in receptionist/front desk or medical front office preferred.
• Strong communication and computer skills; able to handle multiple tasks.
• Must have or be eligible for a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients at the front desk, provide wait-time information.
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance at check-in; manage registrations.
• Collect payments (deductibles, copays, coinsurance) at the front desk.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and coordination for cast/measure and prosthetic care.
• Serve as a liaison for patient experience programs and clinic services.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Management to obtain necessary patient information.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records for all patients.
