This role focuses on welcoming patients, ensuring accurate intake, and supporting front desk operations to deliver a seamless clinic experience. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and a background in receptionist or medical front office work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Be at minimum a good fit for the job, Talent Sorter assessment may be used.
• Less than one year of customer service or front desk experience.
• Experience in a receptionist role or medical front office preferred.
• Must have, or be eligible to obtain, a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients at the front desk and provide information on wait times and inquiries.
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance details at check-in; handle walk-ins.
• Collect patient payments including deductibles, copays, and coinsurance at the front desk.
• Coordinate follow-up appointments, including casts, measures, delivery, and prosthetic care plans.
• Serve as liaison for clinic services and patient experience programs.
