Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in/out patients; verify demographics and data.
• Provide courteous connections with patients by phone, in person or via secure messaging.
• Document all calls accurately in the EMR.
• Schedule appointments and register patients with updated demographic data.
• Obtain insurance cards, IDs, and signatures; verify coverage as needed.
• Assist with regulatory and billing forms; educate patients on financial assistance.
• Proactively collect payments and process them per procedures.
• Stay current on responsibilities via communications and team meetings.
