Responsibilities

• Provides courteous and professional connections with patients over the phone, in person or via secure messaging.
• Schedules patient appointments for visits, procedures, tests, referrals, or consultations.
• Registers patients by confirming, entering, and updating demographic data in the registration system.
• Assists patients with forms and billing needs and educates on financial assistance.
