Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients at the front desk, provide wait-time information, and answer inquiries.
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance details during check-in; handle registrations.
• Collect patient payments (deductibles, copays, co-insurance) at the front desk.
• Coordinate follow-up appointments, casts, measurements, and prosthetic care plans.
• Serve as liaison for clinic services, providing information on patient resources.
