Job summary

• Familiarity with medical terminology, coding, charge entry and patient payments.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls as needed.
• Greet patients, verify/update demographics, insurance and billing information.
• Register patients for services, ensure accuracy, and support discharge and reimbursement.
• Explain financial assessments and benefits to assist post-care financial needs.
• Maintain communication with clinical partners to support patient experience.
