Job summary

Boston Medical Center is seeking an Ambulatory Services Representative II to coordinate patient access activities, including front end service, check-in, scheduling, insurance verification and registration. You will support billing and managed care processes while handling administrative duties across the department.

The role requires strong English communication, excellent customer service, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• HS/GED with 3+ years relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree or
• Associates plus 1 year relevant experience
• Experience with medical billing or similar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate front end customer service, check-in, scheduling and registration.
• Handle insurance/coverage verification and charge entry.
• Support billing, managed care, and related administrative duties.
• Manage calendars, appointments, and communications for physicians and managers.
• Perform registration, MPI, visit management and cross-booking tasks.
