Education includes HS/GED with 3+ years of relevant experience or higher, with preference for healthcare billing exposure.

Qualifications

• HS/GED required with 3+ years relevant experience, or an Associate/Bachelor with related experience.
• Experience with medical billing or similar setting preferred.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate front-end customer service and patient access functions.
• Handle patient registration and insurance/coverage verification.
• Schedule appointments and manage visit workflows across departments.
• Assist with charge entry, billing edits, and related administrative tasks.
