Boston Medical Center (BMC) is seeking an Ambulatory Services Representative II in the Pediatrics department. This per diem role supports patient access, registration, scheduling, and billing processes to optimize daily flow.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Associates degree plus 1 year relevant experience or HS/GED plus 3+ years relevant experience.
• Experience with medical billing or similar setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate patient access functions including registration, eligibility verification, scheduling, and charge entry.
• Provide front-end and back-end customer service, handle phones and administrative duties.
• Maintain MPI and registration demographics, process pre-authorizations and referrals as needed.
• Support physician and department calendars, credentialing documents, and departmental communications.
• Adhere to RESPECT behavioral standards and maintain confidentiality.
