Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree plus 1 year relevant experience or HS/GED plus 3+ years relevant experience.
• Excellent English communication skills (oral and written) and interpersonal skills are required.
• Demonstrated customer service skills and ability to use judgment, independent thinking and creativity in resolving issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate front end customer service and patient access activities.
• Process patient registration and insurance/coverage verification.
• Schedule appointments and manage charge entry and billing workflows.
• Support managed care tasks and related administrative duties.
