Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service skills with ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
• Experience with medical billing or similar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Charge entry and batch controls.
• Billing (TES) edits and hold bill edits.
• Charge reconciliations and managed care functions incl. insurance inquiries.
