Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Schedules appointments by phone or in person.
• Verifies patient demographic information.
• Verifies current insurance and records updates.
• Collects co-pays and outstanding balances.
• Ensures information is complete for charge entry.
• Answers telephones within three rings and provides friendly service.
• Maintains patient records and referral processing.
