Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Experience in patient/customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam rooms and interview patients; record vitals and document in chart.
• Document patient history and provide clear directions; address patient concerns.
• Prepare patients for exams and assist providers during procedures.
• Collect laboratory specimens and perform basic tests as directed.
• Prepare and administer medications as directed by the provider.
• Handle referrals, scheduling, and precertification; manage patient messages.
• Maintain logs, ensure HIPAA/OSHA compliance, and keep exam rooms clean.
