Duke Health is seeking an On-Site Revenue Management Coordinator to support the Patient Revenue Management Organization (PRMO) at the Raleigh campus. You will coordinate daily clinic prep, patient check-in/out, and scheduling while handling payments, insurance interactions and documentation in Maestro Care.

Responsibilities include processing pre-visit orders, posting payments, educating patients on billing, and ensuring HIPAA/document compliance as part of a cross-functional team within Duke

Qualifications

• Basic PC and data entry skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and telephone etiquette.
• Ability to organize, prioritize work and communicate effectively.
• Ability to verify patient information and handle payments.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate clinic preparation and patient check-in/out.
• Post co-payments and balances and explain billing policies.
• Schedule tests and procedures.
• Return and file medical records and collect relevant documents.
