Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients in person.
• Collect demographic and insurance data and enter into EMR.
• Verify eligibility and benefits information for payers; obtain signatures as needed.
• Direct patients to appointments or procedures and assist scheduling add-ons.
• Assist with completing information forms and gather medical record information as needed.
