Training begins at start. Evening/night shifts and every-other weekend rotation are possible. 3 weeks full-time equivalent per pay period.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of revenue cycle experience.
• 2 to 5 years of customer service experience.
• 0 to 2 years of general office experience.
• Experience using an electronic medical record and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Greets and welcomes patient in person.
• Collects demographic and insurance information.
• Checks in or interviews patient to complete paperwork.
• Directs patient to appointment or procedure.
• Documents issues in the electronic medical record.
• V erifies eligibility and benefits information for payers.
• Collects co-pays or deductibles.
• Assists with scheduling add-on appointments.
