Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years customer service experience required.
• 1-2 years patient registration experience preferred.
• 1-2 years hospital experience or healthcare setting preferred.
• CHAA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and collect demographics and insurance information.
• Verify insurance eligibility and coverage details.
• Answer calls, schedule appointments, and greet patients on arrival.
• Explain payment options, including plans and financial assistance.
• Attend required system Patient Access meetings.
