Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls and schedule/reschedule/confirm patient appointments.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information in EHR; collect patient liabilities when applicable.
• Greet patients on arrival and verify information for requested services.
• Inform patients of payment options including plans and financial assistance.
• Comply with HIPAA and patient identification procedures.
