Job summary

Community Health Network is seeking an Associate Patient Access Representative for the Cancer Center South site in Indianapolis. You will be the first contact for visitors, handling patient registration and financial clearance, check-ins, scheduling, and insurance verification to ensure smooth visits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years healthcare office experience preferred.
• Registration/Admissions proficiency in inpatient, outpatient, and emergency admits.

Responsibilities

• Handle front-office and back-office functions across the network.
• Perform patient registration and financial clearance for visits.
• Check-ins, scheduling, and payment collection; verify insurance.
• Ensure compliance and maintain accuracy of patient demographics and records.
