Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks an Account Manager to drive growth within UKI complex total solution opportunities. You’ll build strategic relationships across NHS pathology networks, lead end-to-end tenders, and expand managed service contracts, with remote work and regional accountability.

You will engage senior stakeholders, support presales activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure long-term strategic business and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have in-depth knowledge of NHS Pathology Networks in England, Scotland, Wales & Ireland.
• Proven sales track record with senior stakeholders and decision makers.
• Ability to lead complex, large-scale total solution opportunities and tenders.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% with overnight stays; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth for LBS managed service contracts within UKI.
• Develop and win end-to-end solution tenders and renewals.
• Map and align with laboratory networks to hit growth targets.
• Engage with senior leaders and C-suite to secure favorable outcomes.
• Support presales activities and partnership with Sales, Applications, Service and Customer Care.
