Job summary

Leica Biosystems, part of Danaher, is seeking an Account Manager to proactively engage facilities and KOLs for growth, and to advance Leica Total Solution proposals. The role aims to expand Leica’s presence across the country and will be fully remote.

You will report to the Commercial Leader, Vietnam, and drive revenue and profit growth through effective management of sales and applications activities with CCLs, hospitals, and key accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree minimum; Advanced Science Degree preferred.
• 8–10 years of previous sales experience in a leading medical device company with instrumentation and consumables.
• Demonstrated track record for meeting sales objectives with year over year results and previous experience building strategic relationships in key accounts.
• Effective communication and presentation skills in English & Vietnamese.
• Strong capability to open new accounts.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with CCL and achieve sales targets.
• Define roles and responsibilities with Area Sales to lead and collaborate on target facilities.
• Work with marketing to build relationships with KOLs nationwide and contribute to the discovery of the next generation of KOLs.
• Understand customer needs and trends by building relationships with major CCLs and educate them on LBS’s medium- to long-term strategies.
• Develop joint purchasing and common proposals for single facilities but may contribute to group hospitals and satellites.
