Job summary

Leica Biosystems is seeking a Digital Pathology Sales Enablement Manager to lead end-to-end commercial enablement for Digital and Computational Pathology solutions, including AI applications and image analysis. The role is fully remote and reports to the Commercial Development Leader.

You will drive training, tender support, and enablement tools, collaborating across Marketing and Commercial teams to ensure high-quality execution and revenue growth. Travel 40% to global regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology or medical disciplines or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success in sales, commercial marketing, product management, or similar functions.
• Experience in Life Science segment as well as tissue diagnostics and medical devices imaging.
• Expertise in presenting to customers and peers.
• Experience in business strategy – market & customer segmentation; ROI, pricing and scenario analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial sales support through voice of sales and voice of customer, standard work, product expertise for tender responses.
• Create and develop sales enablement resources (tools, guides, case studies, competitive insights) and collaborate with Global Marketing for campaigns and presentations.
• Provide Digital and Computational Pathology expertise for Aperio Solutions in Clinical and Life Science segments.
• Lead communication with the Business Unit for platform updates, launches, and product lifecycle decisions.
• Provide periodic field-based and remote product training for the Commercial team and mentor associates.
