Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Solutions Architect to translate complex digital pathology hardware and software into clear customer value. This role covers Texas and Oklahoma with remote work flexibility and reports to the Regional Sales Manager.

You will drive product demonstrations, advance sales in SFDC, and collaborate with healthcare IT teams for seamless integrations, while leveraging Salesforce CRM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 3 years of medical imaging or devices sales and support experience
• Proficiency in Salesforce or equivalent CRM
• Minimum 1 year experience with complex IT infrastructure in healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual product sales goals for the territory.
• Execute product demonstrations for clients at the correct sales stage in SFDC with a high close rate.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through sales and support activities.
