Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Field Service Engineer to support customers across Histopathology equipment. The role is fully remote within the UK&I region and reports to the Field Service Team Leader.

You will install, maintain, and repair medical devices on site as needed, deliver accurate service reports, and collaborate with the Field Support Team to ensure high customer satisfaction while meeting KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Educated in Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical or Biomedical qualification or equivalent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools such as SFDC/Field Service.
• Experience in field service or technical service desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out on-site installation, maintenance and repair of Histopathology equipment.
• Deliver accurate service reporting and timely submission of documentation.
• Collaborate with Field Support Team to meet KPIs and ensure customer satisfaction.
