CVS Health is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position. The role emphasizes development through a self-paced, collaborative training over 16 weeks with hands-on and virtual learning experiences.

You will be supported by a network including your District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and your Store Manager coach. The program requires a high school diploma or GED and may consider a four-year college degree or relevant

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with leaders to support the path to promotion during the 16-week program.
• Support your store as a management team member and lead in a manner consistent with CVS values.
