CVS Health offers a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role. The program spans 16 weeks with self-paced and collaborative training, including both virtual and hands-on experiences.

You will be supported by a District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and your Store Manager coach as you develop leadership skills and operational excellence to drive sales and profitability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; a four-year degree is preferred.
• Retail management experience or CVS supervisor experience is valued.
• Ability to communicate clearly and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the development path toward Store Manager through the SMIT program.
• Participate in 16 weeks of self-paced and hands-on training, with virtual and in-person sessions.
• Collaborate with District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.
• Lead by example and adhere to CVS values and policies.
