CVS Health is launching a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program, a development-focused path to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role. The program features a 16-week, self-paced training with both virtual and hands-on learning experiences to build leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• A four year college degree is preferred, or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree.
• Retail management experience, or experience as a CVS Supervisor is beneficial.
