Job summary

CVS Health is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role. The program runs over 16 weeks with self-paced, collaborative training and both virtual and hands-on learning experiences.

You will work with a district leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager and your Store Manager coach to develop leadership capabilities and store operations expertise. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED; a four-year degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally to lead a team.
• Provide high levels of customer care and service.
• Implement merchandising strategies to drive store sales growth.
• Manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with your leader during Key Learning Experiences to support your path to promotion.
• Support store as a management team member and lead in line with CVS values and policies.
• Engage colleagues in support of the company's purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
• Be willing to accept promotion roles with the market you work in.
