CVS Health is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role within 16 weeks. The development path includes virtual and hands-on learning experiences, guided by a District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager and Store Manager coach.

You will participate in structured experiences, gain leadership skills, and be considered for promotion to store leadership in the designated market, with flexibility to transfer to other CVS locations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree or CVS supervisor experience is considered.
• Retail management exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support store as a management team member and lead per CVS values.
