CVS Health is seeking candidates for the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program, a development track to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role. The 16-week, self-paced training blends virtual and hands-on learning with guidance from District Leaders and HR teams.

You will grow as a leader while supporting store operations and customer service excellence. Successful SMITs engage with leaders, contribute to the store's goals, and demonstrate readiness for future promotions across the CVS

Qualifications

• Must be willing to promote to Store Manager in the designated market.
• Ability to transfer to other CVS Pharmacy stores within the designated market.
• Schedule may vary based on business needs.
• High School diploma or GED required.
