Sur La Table in Santa Rosa is seeking a Chef Instructor, Pastry to serve as the in-store expert and advocate for baking and pastry arts. You will deliver hands-on pastry classes and help drive sales of bakeware and decorating tools.

The role requires strong pastry knowledge, teaching ability, and a passion for customer-focused experiences. Flexible hours include evenings and weekends, with weekly hours around 12–16.

Qualifications

• A degree in culinary arts is preferred; however, candidates with extensive culinary experience and demonstrated technical proficiency will be considered.
• 1-2 years of kitchen operations experience.
• Valid Food Manager Certification.
