The Hilton Atlanta is seeking a talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join their culinary team! Find us in Downtown Atlanta, within six blocks of attractions, including Centennial Olympic Park and the Georgia Aquarium. The hotel features over 130,000 square feet of event space along with four unique restaurants and bars, offering an award-winning European fine dining experience and an island-inspired hideaway.

Ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in a pastry kitchen within a hotel setting. Experience with high-volume banquet production and scratch baking is required.

Shift Pattern: variable, typically from 5am to 4pm, with weekend/holiday availability required.

What will I be doing?

Participate in pastry production, create and bake breads, rolls, breakfast pastries, and desserts according to standard recipes for restaurants and banquets. Decorate pastries and cakes creatively. Maintain adequate supplies, ensure proper storage, and comply with health and safety standards. Train, supervise, schedule, and evaluate staff.
