Chef de Partie, Southern Elements - Hilton Atlanta and Towers (Finance)

The Hilton Atlanta is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie for their Southern Elements restaurant! This individual will support the full-service lobby restaurant and bar, offering a fresh take on Southern cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Located in Downtown Atlanta, near I-75, the hotel is within six blocks of attractions like Centennial Olympic Park and the Georgia Aquarium.

Ideal candidates will have strong culinary experience in a scratch kitchen, excellent communication skills, and previous lead or supervisory experience. Hotel background is preferred.

Shift Pattern: Variable, with weekend and holiday availability required.

What will I be doing?

As Chef de Partie, you will prepare, season, cook, and test food items to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing, seasoning, cooking, and testing food items for outlets
  • Supervising line cooks and acting in the absence of the lead chef
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Training, scheduling, and evaluating team members
