The Hilton Atlanta is seeking a talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join their culinary team! Find us in Downtown Atlanta, within six blocks of attractions, including Centennial Olympic Park and the Georgia Aquarium. The hotel showcases over 130k square footage of event space along with four unique restaurants and bars, featuring an award winning European fine dining experience and an island-inspired hideaway.

Ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in a pastry kitchen within a hotel setting. Seeking someone with a high volume banquet background and scratch baking experience.

Shift Pattern: variable with typical shift times from 5am- 4pm, weekend/holiday availability required.

What will I be doing?

Participates in pastry production. Creates/prepares/produces/bakes breads, rolls, breakfast pastries and desserts according to standard recipes for restaurants and banquets. Decorates pastries/cakes with creativity and skill. Maintains adequate supply of all prepared products on hand and ensures the proper storage. Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards. Trains, supervises, schedules and assists in evaluating staff.
