Find us in Downtown Atlanta, within six blocks of attractions, including Centennial Olympic Park and the Georgia Aquarium. The hotel showcases over 130,000 square feet of event space along with four unique restaurants and bars, featuring an award-winning European fine dining experience and an island-inspired hideaway.

Ideal candidate has at least 2 years of garde manger experience within a hotel setting. Seeking someone who is reliable and works efficiently.

Shift Pattern: variable with typical shift times between 6am-3:30pm, weekend/holiday availability required.

What will I be doing?

As a Pantry Cook, you will assist and prepare food for the kitchen team to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Responsibilities include:

• Set up and perform preparation work for food items including soups, sauces, salads, etc.
• Stock and maintain designated food stations
• Maintain cleanliness and food sanitation standards at all times
• Practice correct food handling and storage procedures according to regulations
